Meet Jason MacLean

Jason is the founder and Strength Coach of MacLean's Athletic Center. For over 14 years, Jason competed on Canada's Olympic Weight-lifting team. During that time, he won North American Championships, National and Provincial Championships, as well as represented Canada at many World and Continental Championships.

Since 1989, Jason has been training athletes in various sports by helping them become stronger and faster. Jason has worked with many NHL hockey players, pro football players, pro basketball players, as well as many Olympic athletes.

Jason is also a designated Strength & Conditioning Service Provider for the CANADIAN SPORT CENTRE. As a result, Jason is responsible for training and designing Strength & Conditioning Programs for a variety of Olympic and Elite athletes across Canada.

With over 25 years of experience in coaching, training, and competing, MacLean's Athletic Center is able to provide athletes with the tools and the knowledge to help them become a better athlete.
